Mission Statement

To help, empower, and equip women with the tools and resources to help them realise their worth and rebuild lives filled with self-worth, purpose, and joy.

Meet Sam – Positive Psychology Coach

Hi, I’m Sam Knight — a proud Yorkshire mum of three, a Positive Psychology Coach, and a passionate guide for women ready to heal, grow and rediscover who they are after domestic abuse.

For years, I lived in the shadows of an abusive relationship. I know how it feels to lose your spark, your confidence, and your sense of self. But I also know the quiet, powerful strength it takes to rise again — and how deeply life can change when you start choosing you.

Now, my mission is simple:

To help women heal, rebuild, and create lives filled with self-worth, purpose, and joy.

Training

I trained with the incredible Andy Ramage Coaching Programme and I’m proud to be affiliated with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). My coaching style is warm, intuitive, and completely person-centred — creating a safe space for real conversations and lasting transformation.

Alongside my coaching work, I’m also an Ambassador for IDAS, where I’ve spent the past three years supporting women and children in refuge, hosting community events, and sharing my journey on Greatest Hits Radio, in podcasts, and national publications like The Guardian — all to help other women know they’re not alone.

Client Stories

"Thank you so much for taking the time to speak with me last year. Hearing directly from people with lived experience of domestic abuse was absolutely crucial in shaping our documentary. Your voice had a real impact on how we approached this complex and sensitive subject, and we're truly grateful for your honesty and courage in sharing your story."
"I wanted to get back in touch to let you know that the documentary I spoke to you about is due to air this Sunday night on ITV1 at 10.20pm, and will be available afterwards on ITVX. It's called "Breaking the Silence: Kate's Story."
